Did your parcel arrive OK?
We want you to be satisfied with every time you shop with us.
Our products are inspected thoroughly before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. They are also packaged carefully to ensure minimal damage in transit. However, we know that mistakes can happen and faults can be overseen. We will happily refund within 14 days of when you placed your order if items are found to be faulty or incorrect. If in the event that you have received a faulty item, contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your item and photos will need to be sent to us via email. We may request the item to be returned in order to replace the item/s. Any faults found to be caused due to misuse or neglect will not be accepted for exchange/refund.
Please choose carefully as we cannot refund or exchange for wrong choice or change of mind.
Please either complete the CONTACT US form or email us on [email protected] to get your return authority providing us with the following:
- Your name
- Contact details
- Invoice number
- Details of your preferred replacement choice
- A photo of the faulty item
Returning items without any notice may considerably slow down the process and we want you to be 100% satisfied.
We do strongly recommend that you use postage with a traceable method as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost returned packages.
Clearance/sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.
